In this unit i have learned the differences between open and distance education as well as the differences between traditional education and distance education.
Distance education is more formal than open education, but both are a good way of learning for people who work, it gives them the possibility to organize their time for studying without going to a specific place in a specific hour; which is one of the differences between traditional and distance education: in distance education the classes are not in a classroom, students and teachers are not in the same place at the same time, classes are not face to face between them.
Distance education is a good opportunity and a tool for education nowadays.
